Inner Care is a safe, proven method for effecting change in one’s life. It is a natural meditative process that empowers you to facilitate your own healing and development. Inner Care gives you a low-cost alternative to psychotherapy – or a way to make your therapy more effective.
Inner Care is:
-
Cost-effective – once you learn how to do it, it’s free for life!
-
Evidence-based – it’s rooted in extensive research on how people change for the better.
-
Fun – you will be amazed and amused by what you discover in yourself.
Technique
Inner Care is based on a methodology called Focusing. Focusing was discovered through a major research project at the University of Chicago in the late 1960s into how people change for the better. By analyzing people's progress through years of therapy, researchers identified one key factor that predicted positive transformation. Then, they worked out how best to teach others this key to transformation, and that is how Focusing was born. Today, people practice Focusing all over the world. You will find a wealth of information and research at

Sara Snyder, founder of Road to Radiance, has been a Certified Focusing Trainer since 2007. She has developed specific applications of Focusing and synthesized Focusing with various other forms of somatic psychology to develop the Inner Care process.
During an Inner Care session, you expand your awareness to integrate your mind and body. This process enables you to safely access your subconscience and organically resolve underlying hurts, blocks, and conflicts.
Inner Care can be practiced alone, but it is both easier and more potent with a witness. Road to Radiance is building a network of women who are trained to support each other in Inner Care, so that members can have the benefit of this transformational practice at a very low cost.
